'Oh My God!': Alligator Chases Golf Cart

A golf cart driver’s peaceful cruise through Ave Maria, Florida, turned terrifying when he was chased by an alligator.

Video from Denise Prues shows the alligator slowly walking past homes towards a pond on February 16, before running and opening its jaws as it chased the golf cart.

The driver swerves off the path, as he tries to avoid the alligator.

Prue couldn’t hide her horror as she filmed saying “Oh my god!”

“I heard a noise in the side yard and looked up and the alligator was slowly walking between the houses. I was on my phone so quickly switched over to video,” she told Storyful. Credit: Denise Prues via Storyful
