Dad surprised by daughter's reaction after he captures 'creature' in her bathroom: 'He saved your entire family'

Things are not always what they seem.

A woman was left “absolutely howling” after her father mistook her fake lashes for something far more sinister.

Watch this Brooklyn bedroom go from drab to fabulous in one day:

TikToker @jennirobinson_jr posted the aftermath of her dad’s blunder. The hilarious video racked up 1.7 million views.

“So my dad’s been over to fix something, but he’s only gone and caught my eyelash in a glass thinking it’s a creature,” she said, cracking up.

In her bathroom, on the windowsill near the sink, there was a glass cup turned over as if to trap a bug. But inside, it was just her falsie.

TikTokers could relate to the dad’s honest mistake. Apparently, it’s more common than you may think.

“I saw one in the street the other day, and genuinely thought it was a creature,” a user wrote.

“I s*** myself the other day getting into bed without my glasses on thinking it was a spider when it was in fact my lashes,” a person joked.

“I stuck my magnetic ones to my bedside lamp, woke up in the middle of the night & smacked it with a slipper thinking they were a spider,” a TikToker shared.

“I reckon he saved your entire family from that dangerous beast,” another added.

“I’d have been on the floor laughing my head off,” someone commented.
