Suzanne Somers Celebrates Her 75th Birthday With A Pantsless Instagram Post

  • Suzanne Somers just celebrated her 75th birthday with a brand new Instagram post.

  • In the photo, she showed off her long, sculpted legs—sans pants.

  • The actress is also thinking about returning to television with her own unscripted reality series.

Fitness icon Suzanne Somers is celebrating her 75th birthday in a big way. The Three's Company actress reached out to her 206,000 Instagram followers to say thanks for all of the well wishes on her special day with a one-of-a-kind post.

In the pic, Suzanne is rocking a cream sweater, a pair of heels—and no pants. Her 'fit totally highlights her toned legs, and she looks ah-mazing.

"Thanks for all the birthday love on my 75th! Turning three quarters of a century with love in my life feels great!" Suzanne wrote in the caption of her post. (ICYMI, she's referring to Alan Hamel, her husband of 45 years, per People.)

Fans in the comments couldn't get over Suzanne's super strong bod. "Happy birthday ICON 😍🎀💘," one user wrote, while someone else added, "Enjoy ... 🥂 75 looks good on you," and it's pretty hard to argue with that.

Plus, it sounds like Alan went all out for Suzanne this year. A source said that Alan “bought every gardenia within 100 miles of their house, and seemingly enough Beluga caviar that Suzanne could bathe in it, if she so desired." He also served her “breakfast in bed on a silver tray with gardenias,” per Page Six. Talk about #relationshipgoals!

For Suzanne, turning 75 is a massive milestone. At the end of a long battle with breast cancer, the actress turned to an alternative treatment to regrow one of her breasts after undergoing a lumpectomy and radiation, according to Us Weekly. She then became one of the first women in the U.S. to legally opt for a cell-assisted lipotransfer, which helped her breast regenerate.

At the time, Suzanne explained all of the steps involved: "They took fat from my stomach, spun out the stem cells, discarded the weak ones, took the strong ones, injected them into this breast with, like, a turkey baster, and for a year I felt, like, electrical zippers growing the blood vessels," she told Us Weekly.

The surgery was more than successful. "I have two breasts again that are mine. No implants, no foreign objects in my body,” she said. “The first two weeks after I had it done, I was showing everybody. I’d whip it out—‘cause I was so used to not having it.”

Now, Suzanne focuses on her diet to maintain her overall wellness. She likes to eat organic foods as often as possible, and she cooks simple meals at home. One of her favorite dinners is chicken roasted in the oven with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, and sea salt. “It’s just so delicious," she told PARK Magazine.

Suzanne is going into her 75th year healthier and happier than ever. “I have to say that since I embraced health, I have never enjoyed life more,” she said. “I like the way I look. I like the way I feel."

"I like my energy," she continued. "I have wisdom. I have perspective, and I can tell you that aging can be so incredible if you know how to approach it. It takes a little bit of work. It’s about health; about shifting your thinking and understanding what it is that’s making us sick and how we can combat it.”

She's also looking forward to what the future holds. She's thinking about creating a new, unscripted reality TV show with Alan, per People, and she's living her best life. “Aging is amazing. Aging is something you should aspire to and look forward to and want," she told PARK Magazine.

There's just one thing missing: "I would like to have Playboy–I would like Annie Leibovitz to shoot me nude for Playboy for my 75th birthday, OK? That’s now on record," Suzanne told Access Hollywood last year.

Based on the nude photo she took for her 73rd birthday a few years ago, I'd say she's well on her way to making that happen.
