  • Demi Lovato's Snapchat account appears to have been hacked.

  • The "Confident" singer's account shared multiple photos allegedly of the singer fully naked and topless.

  • Demi's fans have spoken out to support her as she deals with the hack and the recent loss of her friend Thomas Trussell III.

Demi Lovato may have been the victim of a hacker overnight.

Multiple nude and topless photos of a brunette woman resembling Demi were posted directly on her account and shared through the separate links, multiple news outlets have reported. The images were quickly taken down from her account, but copies are still making the rounds online.

It's unclear if they are actually personal photos of Demi or edited to look like her. Either way, her loyal fans, "Lovatics," came out en force on social media to support Demi and encourage others to respect her and not share the images.

Some referenced her struggles with mental health and addiction. The singer has been open about her addiction over the years and spoken out about her mental health. Last year, Demi was rushed to hospital following a suspected drug overdose.

One fan account tweeted: "respect demi lovato ... no one deserves to have their private pictures leaked and i don't care if you don't like her, this behavior is DISGUSTING so do NOT tweet and share. thank you."

The hack comes during a difficult time for the singer. Earlier this week, Demi attended the funeral of her friend, Thomas Trussell III, who recently died of an overdose. She got a tattoo in his honor and said she was devastated by his passing. Demi shared photos of her new tattoo and her friend in her latest Instagram photo.

Following the apparent hack, fans flocked to the post to share encouragement and love in the comments. "Respect Demi Lovato."
