Yahoo Finance's Julie Hyman discusses news that Donald Trump has chosen to plead the fifth and not answer questions in the deposition by New York Attorney General Letitia James.

JULIE HYMAN: We have an update on the New York Attorney General interview of former President Trump. The president, indeed, plead the fifth. He refused to answer questions from the AG and indeed invoked his Fifth Amendment rights. He has criticized folks who have done that in the past, for what it's worth. In a statement, the president said, he did this under the advice of counsel.
