'Flip or Flop' Star Christina Anstead's Husband Ant Hands Over His Rights To Their $4.1 Million Home
“Flip or Flop” star Christina Anstead’s new husband has filed court documents to establish her as the sole owner of their $4.1 million home, only months after getting married.
According to court records obtained by The Blast, Christina’s new husband, Ant Anstead, has filed an ‘Interspousal transfer grant deed’ in court.
The document states, “This conveyance establishes sole and separate property of the spouse.”
The document adds, “it is the express intent of the grantor, being the spouse of the grantee, to convey all right, title and interest of the grantor, community or otherwise, in and to the herein described property to the grantee as his/her sole and separate property.”
Ant’s documents mean he is giving up all interest in the mansion, if they are to ever separate.
Christina bought the home in June 2018 for $4.1 million. She has been renovating the home and even added a pool.
In December 2018, Christina got married to Ant Anstead during a surprise ceremony at the home. The two got married in front of 70 friends and family in Newport Beach. The couple kept the whole thing a secret by telling friends they would be meeting at the home before being shuttled by a bus to watch the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade.
The couple began dating in October 2017 after she split from her hubby and co-star, Tarek El Moussa.
Earlier this month, the reality star welcomed a son with Ant Anstead. They named the baby boy Hudson London Anstead, after a scheduled C-section in a hospital in Orange County, CA.
She wrote, “Ant and I are so excited to welcome Hudson London Anstead into the world," Christina told her fans on Instagram. "Our hearts are SO full of love and joy! Our healthy baby boy was born this morning- 9/6/19 - 7 lbs 7 oz 19.5 inches long."
Christina and Ant have beendocumenting the pregnancy and birth on their new show, "Christina on the Coast.”
The real estate flipper shares two kids with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, Taylor (8) and Brayden, (3). Plus, as a part of their new blended family, Ant also has two kids.
