The TD ball is wrapped in athletic tape and labeled with the relevant info:

"AB 17 1st TD Rec. 9/15/19."

Some people slid into AB's feed to advise him he should sell the ball for charity, or put it on eBay, while others commented how upset they were he was leaving New England.

"Mannnn you were going to be great for the pats," one fan wrote.

Another said in support, "Innocent until proven guilty."

As we reported, the New England Patriots released a statement on Friday, announcing Brown was cut from the team.

"The New England Patriots are releasing Antonio Brown. We appreciate the hard work of many people over the past 11 days, but we feel that it is best to move in a different direction at this time."

After the announcement was made, Brown thanked the Patriots, as well as Tom Brady.

"Thanks for the opportunity appreciate," and "Love ya champ that was fun !" he wrote.

AB also proclaimed his innocence in another Tweet, telling fans, "If I’m lying then I’m flying."
