Harvey Weinstein Once Suggested Jennifer Aniston "Should Be Killed"

Newly unsealed court documents reveal that after the bombshell 2017 New York Times report about Harvey Weinstein dropped, the now-convicted rapist had tried to make pleas to several powerful people to save him. Among the emails he sent was one suggestion that Jennifer Aniston — who he believed complained about him — "should be killed."

Vulture reported that an October 31, 2017 exchange between Weinstein and his rep revealed that a reporter was seeking comment on an allegation that he groped Aniston. "Jen Aniston should be killed," Weinstein said in a reply email.

A rep for Aniston denied that the actress had been groped by Weinstein, telling Vulture, "I just spoke to Jennifer and confirmed that none of those claims that were stated in the email from the National Enquirer are true. There were no such interactions with Harvey Weinstein."

Aniston said in an interview with Variety last year that Weinstein had once pressured her to wear Marchesa, his then-wife Georgina Chapman's fashion label.

"I remember, right when Georgina’s clothing line Marchesa was starting. That’s when he came to visit me in London while we were shooting. He’d be like, ‘Ok, so I’d like you to wear one of these to the premiere,'" she said. "And I went through the book, and at the time, it wasn’t what it is today. It was not for me," she continued. "He was like, 'You have to wear the dress.' That was my only bullying. And I was like, 'No, I will not wear the dress.'"

When asked if he accepted her refusal, she replied: "Well, what was he going to do? Come over here and make me wear it," adding he "knew better" than to bully her.
