In WOW, Lana Star leads The Fab 4, which features champions Miami Sweet Heat and Penelope Pink

Here is my video interview with The Fabulous Lana Star of The Fab 4 in WOW-Women Of Wrestling.

Star will be featured in this week’s episode (July 28-30, 2023) of WOW-Women Of Wrestling, accompanying her WOW tag team champs and Fab 4 standouts Miami Sweet Heat (twins Laurie and Lindsey Carlson) in “When Opportunity Knocks” via syndication and Pluto TV.

The Fab 4 also boasts WOW champ Penelope Pink (aka Marina Tucker of the Florida indies, including Coastal Championship Wrestling) and Vickie Lynn McCoy. With all the gold, The Fab 4 is the top faction in the company.

Star is a fan of Bret “The Hitman” Hart, which is the reason for all the pink.

WOW Episode 46 (July 28-30, 2023): “When Opportunity Knocks”

The action kicks off with Gigi Gianni and Robbie Rocket getting a shot at the powerful Tonga Twins.

Then, two of WOW’s most unique and entertaining competitors do battle as the rapper squares off with the roller skater. It’s BK Rhythm against Foxxy Fierce.

Plus, Big Rig Betty and Holly Swag must enter the ring against Siren the Voodoo Doll and Holidead.

And in the main event, can spirit overcome dominance when Coach’s team of Ariel Sky and Randi Rah Rah challenges Miami’s Sweet Heat (the Carlson twins) of The Fab 4 for the WOW tag team titles. Wearing her Versace best, Lana Star will be in the corner of her Fab 4 wrestlers Miami Sweet Heat.

Like Penelope Pink, Miami Sweet Heat has Tampa ties, competing throughout the state. They trained at WXW under the direction of WWE Hall of Famer Afa “The Wild Samoan” in Minneola.
