Where do Daisy Kelliher and Colin MacRae stand?
The chief stew and the chief engineer acknowledged that they had "real" feelings for one another at the end of the Season 4 finale. However, due to distance, they decided to keep their romance more casual.
"I won't see him for a couple of months..." Daisy explained in an interview. "I'm not saying there is no possibility for long-distance, but maybe it's just too unrealistic."
"I want to, obviously, keep in contact," Colin said to Daisy before the two left the boat. "I want us to be open and honest with each other, whatever we're feeling. And then we can see where it goes."
The Below Deck Sailing Yacht Cast Reflects on Season 4
Glenn Shephard
The captain dealt with multiple problems with the engine throughout the season. In the closing seconds of the finale, Captain Glenn revealed that there's hope for the sailing vessel to get back into tip top shape.
"I need a caterpillar complete engine rebuild kit," he said during a phone call. "Do you guys have one of those in stock? Seriously? Yeah, baby!"
Colin MacRae
Colin discussed the difficulties he faced, from the engine issues to his love triangle with Daisy and Gary.
"This season has challenged me professionally, it's challenged me personally. It's challenged some of the friendships that I've got on the boat," he said. "I feel like I need a little bit of time away from Gary. There was trust that was broken, so I've got to reconsider this whole friendship with him and what it means to me, and what I think it means to him."
Daisy Kelliher
The chief stew had the opportunity to share both her high and her low from the season.
"Our team having such a great relationship, it just makes my job so much more pleasant," she said about the peak of her time on Season 4. Her low, she added was "Glenn on [her] back," though she later said that she felt "really lucky" to have worked with him again.
"Maybe I should be more open-minded. Maybe I should reflect on the person I am..." Daisy said. "That was very hard for me."
Gary King
After his drama with Daisy and Mads, Gary left the season wanting to focus on himself.

"People want what they can't have, especially me," Gary said. "Pity things didn't work out how I planned them to work out. Right now, I'm going to be single for a while. I need to reflect on myself a bit more... Let's see if that works out."
Mads Herrera
The stew decided that she wasn't interested in pursuing a relationship with Gary. She did, however, explore her connection with Alex. After kissing in the van on the final crew night out, Mads opened up about her feelings for the deck team member.
"Alex is flirty and fun and there was no drama between me and him," she said. "You know, he didn't make my life harder, so. I'm taking it one day at a time, and we'll see."

Before she exited the sailing vessel, Mads also opened up about her charter season experience.
"A lot of things can go wrong living and working with people on a boat. You get to know people in a weird way. You know what their underwear looks like..." Mads added. "I don't really know what's next for me. But, if this taught me anything, it's don't screw the crew. It's just not worth it."

Alex Propson
Alex opened up about his experience working on the boat.
"I don't really regret anything from this season," he said. "You go through what you go through. I think that all the problems with Parsifal and the speedbumps that we had to kind of go over to get to the end here, I think we handled it really really well."

He also revealed that he wanted to see Mads after the season.
"I do really care about Mads. I hope she knows that she deserves better. But, I don't think I'm going to miss Mads much because I'm pretty sure I'm going to be seeing her again."
Chase Lemacks
The deckhand, who made amends with Gary on the last crew night out, had an honest reflection about the season.
"This season was a little rough. I wasn't the most tactful, I said some dumb sh-t," he said in an interview on the episode. "But, I've learned a little bit about myself, and I can see that I'm an acquired taste."
He then revealed what his plans were for the future.
"It's always weird finishing these charter seasons because none of us really know what's next. Hopefully, I'm going to hop on another boat and go make some more money."
