WFISD names elementary, secondary teacher of the year winners for 2022-2023

Wichita Falls ISD honored outstanding educators during the 2022-2023 Teacher of the Year banquet Tuesday night.

The elementary Teacher of the Year award winner was Shelly Hutchins of Kate Burgess, and Elizabeth Burkham of Barwise Middle School was named the secondary Teacher of the Year.
