Wendy’s Introduces Slam Dunk Lineup of March Madness Deals
From $1 hamburgers to free chicken nuggets, you don't have to be a basketball fan to recognize a good save.
In honor of peak basketball season and March Madness, Wendy's announced some game-changing deals and offers that will only be available for a limited time.
The beloved fast food joint partnered with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) to become the "official hamburger of March Madness," and in doing so, Wendy's is also set to offer fans a slam dunk in savings.
Wendy's will once again offer Dave's Single hamburger for just $1. What's the catch? You have to order in the app and the offer is limited to one per customer but will refresh once a week through April 5.

Other weekly offers include a free six-piece chicken nugget with any in-app purchase of $10 or more (available through Apr. 9), $2 off any in-app order of a breakfast combo (valid through Apr. 16), and 50 percent off a Wendy's Kids Meal with any in-app purchase (also available through Apr. 16).
Wendy's has also issued two daily deals valid through Apr. 16, one gives pick-up customers $3 off orders valued at a minimum of $15 and placed through the app and the other saves fans $4 on in-app delivery orders of $20 or more.

"At Wendy's, we're squarely focused on giving our fans great tasting hamburgers, and it all starts with the best fresh, never frozen square beef in the game," Carl Loredo, Wendy's global chief marketing officer, said in a statement. "From the unique square shape of our burgers to the way we show up for fans, we've always done things differently, and our strong record shows the play is working. No matter how your favorite team fares in the tournaments, when you score a square Wendy's hamburger, you're guaranteed a win."
Not a Wendy's app user? The brand said there are still ways for you to save this month.
From March 14 through March 19, Grubhub+ members can score a free Baconator on orders of $20+ (non-Grubhub+ members ordering with the service can unlock a free Double Stack with orders of $20 or more).
DoorDashers can also find exclusive Wendy's deals in the app from March 14 through March 20, such as up to $5 off orders including Coke Zero Sugar products, a free Dave's Double with orders of $20+, and $3 off a breakfast order valued at $15+.
