WHEN DOES ARROWHEAD STADIUM OPEN?
For fans on both days, the parking lot for the stadium opens 2:30 p.m. according to the Chiefs.
For fans with the “Karma Is My Boyfriend” and “It’s Been A Long Time Coming” VIP ticket packages, the stadium gates open at 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. for everyone else.
If you want to see opening acts MUNA and Gracie Abrams, get inside the stadium before 6:30 p.m.
Your parking pass may say “section RED8,” but that doesn’t determine where you park. Parking is first-come, first-served. An Arrowhead parking staff member will direct those with designated license plates or hangtags to a parking spot nearest to the stadium if the accessible parking spots are full.
DO YOU NEED A PARKING PASS?
Yes. Passes cost $52.70 after fees. Night One passes can be bought here, and so can Night Two passes.
Purchase these ahead of time, as toll booths don’t take cash. You need one parking pass per car.
If you’re going with a big group of Swifties and have a bus or RV rented out, passes for each night cost $120. You enter through Gate 1 at Blue Ridge Cutoff or Gate 7 at Stadium Drive.
Buses will park on the north side of Dubiner Circle. Purchase your bus pass for either show here.
WHAT IF I’M GETTING DROPPED OFF?
Arrowhead Stadium has designated drop-off and pick-up spots for Uber, Lyft, Z-Trip or for parents who made sure their kids didn’t have a cruel summer.
These drop-off and pick-up spots are at the Missouri Welcome Center located between Gates J and 2 on Blue Ridge Cutoff.
Kansas City Police Department said rideshare and guest pick-up vehicles can arrive to pick up Swifties at 9 p.m. for both days in Lot J.
CAN YOU TAYLOR-GATE?
No. On the Chiefs’ websites for Night 1 and Night 2 of the concerts, the rules say, “Please note tailgating is for ticketed guests only and the club reserves the right to confirm that guests have tickets prior to allowing them into the parking lots.”
Only fans with tickets for that day’s concert are allowed in the parking lot. If you have a Friday ticket, you’re allowed inside the stadium parking lot Friday, and the same applies for Saturday.
For regular tailgating, check out this guide with tips provided by veteran Chiefs fans.
WHAT’S THE BAG POLICY?
Arrowhead Stadium follows the NFL’s Clear Bag policy. If you’re bringing a bag, it must meet these guidelines:
One-gallon clear zip-seal bag, like a Ziploc bag
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches
Small clutch bags that aren’t bigger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches, with or without a handle or strap
Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after inspection.

The stadium said the prohibited and permitted item list is subject to change at any time.
WHERE IS THE MERCH TRUCK?
The truck will be in Lot M and open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday.
The parking lot will open at 8 a.m. Thursday and Arrowhead staff is asking guests to follow signage and directions to a designated parking spot. Staff also said fans can’t park overnight nor queue ahead of time.
