UC releases limited edition Travis Kelce jerseys to support Taylor Swift's 'new boo'

The University of Cincinnati Bearcats are expressing their support for the possible new "it" couple.

The Big 12 football team posted a link on X (formerly known as Twitter) Monday night to limited edition Travis Kelce jerseys amid rumors that the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and Bearcat legend is dating popstar Taylor Swift.

"Swifties! Why limit yourselves to concert tees when you (could) sport a limited edition [Bearcats] jersey and fully support [Taylor Swift's] new boo," the team wrote. "Be Fearless!"

The No. 18 limited edition replica jerseys are currently on sale for $110. Only medium sizes are available.

The jury is still out on whether Swift and Kelce are officially dating, but the Grammy-winning singer was spotted at a Kansas City Chiefs game Sunday afternoon with the NFL star's mother. The duo even left the game together in a convertible.

According to USA Today, Swift's attendance led to a 400 percent increase in sales across Fanatics' websites, making Kelce one of the five highest-selling NFL jerseys over a 24-hour span.

Kelce committed to UC in 2013 and played alongside his older brother, Jason Kelce, who had already become a Bearcat two years prior. Travis accepted a scholarship from the university and initially joined the Bearcats as a two-star quarterback before changing to tight end. He played for UC from 2008-2012. During the 2012 season, he caught 45 passes for 722 yards and eight touchdowns.
