Tourist Spies Cute Wombat and Youngster Out for a Walk
A tourist on Maria Island, Tasmania, was delighted to spot a wombat and joey out for a walk recently, having made his visit specifically to see the cute marsupials.
Fernando Valiente told Storyful that he was about a meter away from the furry duo, and added that Maria Island is an “incredible place”.
