What is Survivor season 44 about?

Survivor is a competitive reality show where contestants are stranded in a remote and scenic destination. After splitting off into tribes, they do what they can to survive such as building shelters, starting bonfires and finding water and food sources. Like any great reality TV show the drama comes naturally, alliances are made and broken on a whim and the competition heats up every week until only one survivor remains.

This year, the show returns to Mamanuca Islands, Fiji and former Seattle Seahawks fullback Brandon Cottom will be one of 18 contestants.
