Stray Kids Make MTV VMAs Debut With ‘S-Class’ Performance — Watch Video
Stray Kids, one of the hottest K-pop groups on the scene, blessed the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards with a performance of “S-Class,” the lead single off their third studio album 5-Star.
This marked Stray Kids’ first time performing at the VMAs. “S-Class” also earned the group its second VMA nomination for Best K-Pop Video, pitting it against names like aespa, Blackpink, Fifty Fifty and Tomorrow X Together.

Of course, this K-pop phenomenon’s VMA debut was just one major moment from Tuesday’s ceremony, which also featured highly anticipated performances from Anitta, Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, Demi Lovato, Diddy, DMC, Doja Cat, Doug E. Fresh, Fall Out Boy, Future, Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, Karol G, Kelsea Ballerini, Lil Wayne, LL Cool J, Måneskin, Nicki Minaj, Olivia Rodrigo, Peso Pluma, Shakira, and Stray Kids.
Hosted by Minaj, this year’s VMAs were broadcast live from Newark, N.J.’s Prudential Center. While Swift led the ceremony with 11 nominations, SZA followed in second with six nods, plus five for Minaj, Rodrigo, Doja Cat, Kim Petras, Miley Cyrus and Sam Smith.
