Statistical breakdown: How the Commanders and Bills stack up ahead of Week 3 game

The Washington Commanders can show everyone they are for real this weekend. The 2-0 Commanders host the Buffalo Bills (1-1) before a sold-out crowd at FedEx Field.

After their first two wins, no one seems quite ready to take the Commanders seriously. The focus was on Washington barely beating the Cardinals in Week 1 — a team many projected to be the worst in the NFL.

In Week 2, the storyline focused on what was wrong with the Denver Broncos after the Commanders came from 18 points down to defeat them.

That’s perfectly fine with Washington. On Sunday, the Commanders face a Super Bowl contender in quarterback Josh Allen and the Bills.

Here’s how the Commanders and Bills stack up statistically ahead of Week 3.
