State College Hit by First 'Impactful' Winter Storm of Season
Snow coated the sidewalks and roads in downtown State College, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday, November 15, as the area was hit by the first impactful winter storm of the season, according to the National Weather Service.
Footage recorded on East College Avenue shows white sidewalks and buses driving through the snow.
The weather service in State College issued a Winter Weather Advisory from Tuesday afternoon until Wednesday morning, for what they called the “first impactful winter storm of the season”.
