What are the nutrition stats for the Cinnamon Caramel Cream Nitro Cold Brew?
This isn't exactly a low-cal, low-sugar drink at 240 calories, 30 grams of sugar and 11 grams of fat (for a grande). At just over seven teaspoons of sugar, this one gets you to your max amount of sugar grams for the day without even really tasting super sweet. Of course, by playing around with the type of milk, size of drink and pumps of syrup, you can lessen the amount of calories, sugar and fat without sacrificing too much flavor.
How do you order the Starbucks White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew?
This one is straight off the menu, so you only have to worry about what size drink you want. But of course, you can customize it to your liking, including getting a dairy-free cold foam if that’s your jam (although Starbucks notes that it won’t taste exactly the same as the non-dairy milk). If you’re committed to the flavor but not the sugar, ask for your drink to be made with one pump of syrup instead of the standard two (in a grande). You’ll taste less of the macadamia flavor, but you’ll save on some sugar grams.

What does the Starbucks White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew taste like?
The White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew is a real mouthful to order (in fact, the barista stopped me halfway through my monologue; they knew what I wanted) but it was well worth the awkwardness at the counter once I took a sip.
While I love a good iced coffee, when it’s too bitter or sour (as a result of either too fine a grind of coffee or from being steeped too long, I’ve learned), it’s completely useless to me. This one is none of that. It hits all the marks of a classically smooth, impossibly silky brew, even without the cold foam at the top. It’s easy to drink, not too sweet and well-balanced.

When I heard about this new release, my first thought was that I really hoped it tasted like my favorite childhood cookies, the Pepperidge Farm white chocolate macadamia cookies (the Tahoe, if you will). And this did not disappoint. It has a slightly nutty flavor and a smidge of white chocolate—almost as if a handful of white chocolate chips were melted into my cup.
The toasted cookie crumble topping was a win—fine fragments of cookies mixed with crunchy bronzed-colored sprinkles perched delicately in the cloud-like cold foam on top. And with every sip I took I was hoping to get some (why aren’t we topping all our drinks with cold foam and cookie sprinkles?).
My only criticism is that the chunks of ice were a bit too big for my liking. I guess my Starbucks hasn’t hopped on the nugget ice bandwagon just yet.
This is one I can see ordering regularly throughout the summer because although it’s a simple enough drink (not too many bells and whistles here), it’s just special enough to be considered a little treat. Of course, the only thing that would hold me back is the price (around $6 for a grande) and the grams of sugar.
