Southern Conference Basketball Tournament 2023 bracket, schedule, TV info
The SoCon Basketball Tournament begins on Friday in Asheville, N.C.
In the regular season, Samford, Furman and UNC Greensboro stood out ahead of the rest of the conference. On Saturday, Furman got 35 points from Mike Bothwell to beat Samford 93-79 and clinch the top seed in the conference tournament. The Paladins are aiming for their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 1980.
Games are scheduled to be played at Harrah's Cherokee Center. The SoCon Tournament title game is on Monday, March 6 and will be televised on ESPN.
