Lindsey Vonn dropped some photos and videos on Instagram this week that show everyone she's having a total blast on vacation.
In one post, the former Olympic skier showed off her toned abs and booty in a thong swimsuit while frolicking on the beach and in the water.
Lindsey hits her workouts super hard, and often posts about them on Instagram.
Lindsey Vonn is fresh off a vacation, and she’s got the coolest pics to prove that she had the time of her life. The former Olympic skier celebrated her time off with a photo dump on Instagram, and let me tell you, these pics will make you want to book your next vacation ASAP.
There’s the 38-year-old athlete smiling broadly on a beach in a cool orange swimsuit, paired with jacked abs; Lindsey showing off her sculpted legs while standing on a beach in diving gear; Lindsey’s toned booty on display in swimsuit bottoms while checking out sting rays; and a few pics of Lindsey flashing those legs while getting ready to dive into the water.
“Took a quit break last weekend,” she wrote in the caption. “Nerded out with all my new free diving gear (thx Mares🤿 🙏🏻) and got to play footsie with some very friendly stingrays. Thankful for those amazing few days. Now it’s back on the road again for your regularly scheduled hustle 💪🏻.”

Earlier this month, she shared video of herself doing circuit training while flashing her six-pack in leggings and a matching bra top. Lindsey revealed in the caption that she was “on the road circuit training,” noting that she did a warm-up of 30 minutes on the elliptical, keeping her heart rate between 140 and 150. From there, she did a slew of moves, including hanging knee raises with a medicine ball between her thighs, walking lunges and twists with the medicine ball, Bosu ball ab twists, and weighted squats.
Also in the mix in her workouts: Battle ropes, medicine ball ab twists, and weighted ball slams.
Lindsey is into outdoor sports, too (I mean, what else would you expect from an Olympic athlete). She causally dropped a video of herself wake boarding in late May—a sport that requires some serious thigh and core strength.
Lindsey previously told Women’s Health that she gets a lot out of working out, "I just like pushing myself," she said. "I like feeling strong, and when I feel physically strong, I feel so much more mentally strong. When I work out, I feel like I 'm healthier and more confident. I've achieved something, no matter how small."
Of course, it's always good to make sure you stay balanced, which clearly, Lindsey understands. Even hard-core athletes take time to rest and recover. Lindsey’s relaxation routine at the end of the day is the perfect example: “I like to watch Law and Order and have some Ben and Jerry’s. That’s always a reset button for me, especially if I’m stressed or it’s just not a good day.”
