Seaman, Topeka High baseball win regional titles to earn state berths
The field for the state baseball tournament is set.
Regionals were moved, taking place Tuesday through Thursday as a result of inclement weather canceling games on Monday. The state tournament will take place next week, May 25 and 26 at five sites across the state.
Here's what you need to know for the state baseball tournament.

Information for attending or watching the Kansas high school state baseball tournament
Where: 6A: Hoglund Stadium: Lawrence, Kansas, 66045.
5A: Eck Stadium: Wichita, Kansas, 67208.
4A: Dean Evans Stadium: Salina, Kansas, 67401.
3A: Tointon Family Stadium: Manhattan, Kansas, 66502.
2-1A: Great Bend Sports Complex: Great Bend, 67530.
Cost: General admission tickets are $10 with Pre-K age children admitted for free.
Digital tickets can be purchased online and be sure to check each venue's policies on walk up payment options and what is permissible to be brought into each specific venue.

No. 3 seed Topeka High (16-6) entered its regional as the top seed, taking on and defeating No. 14 Garden City (7-14) in the semifinals, 14-8, and then defeating No. 11 Haysville Campus (9-12), 11-1, in the regional title game on Wednesday night.
Topeka High earned the fourth seed at state and will take on No. 5 Derby (14-8) on May 25 at 1:15 p.m.
The winner of that game will take on the winner of No. 1 Manhattan (18-1) and No. 8 Blue Valley North (14-8) on May 26 at 11 a.m in the semifinals with the championship game later in the day at 5:45 and the consolation game at 3:30.

Seaman
No. 3 seed Seaman (18-4) set a state record in its most recent regional title, now holding the state record for 19 straight state tournament appearances.
On Tuesday, they beat No. 14 KC Washington (8-10), 12-0, in the semifinals and would defeat No. 6 Lansing (14-8) in the regional title game, 4-2.
Seaman earned the No. 4 seed at state and will face No. 5 Eisenhower (17-4) on May 25 at 5:45. The winner of that game will advance to play the winner of No. 1 Bishop Carroll (21-1) and No. 8 Great Bend (13-9) on May 26 at 1:15 in the semifinals with the championship game later in the day at 5:45 and the consolation game at 3:30.
