Raheem Mostert, the Dolphins' leading rusher in 2022, agreed to a two-year deal to remain in Miami, his agent, Brett Tessler, reported on social media Tuesday morning.
Mostert carried 181 times for 891 yards (a 4.9 average) and three touchdowns last season. He also had 31 receptions for 202 yards, giving him 1,093 yards from scrimmage.

Re-signing Mostert was part of general manager Chris Grier's plan to keep the Dolphins' backfield intact. The Dolphins earlier agreed to retain backup running back Salvon Ahmed. Jeff Wilson, second on the Dolphins with 392 rushing yards, remains unsigned.
