Police 'desperately' seeking information in disappearance of Kadin Black
Police renewed their plea for help from the public as they continue to search for Kadin Black, who disappeared in December.
"We really want to help the family find Kadin," Lower Windsor Township Police said in a news release.
The police department and the York County District Attorney's Office held a news conference in January to share information about his disappearance and to seek help from the public to find him. Black, 19, of Lower Windsor Township, has been missing since Dec. 17.
