Orlando Brown Jr., Bengals left tackle, throws out first pitch before Reds-Rangers game
Cincinnati Bengals offensive lineman Orlando Brown Jr., signed last month to be the team's new left tackle, threw out the ceremonial first pitch before Tuesday's game between the Texas Rangers and Cincinnati Reds at Great American Ball Park.
Brown threw the pitch to Reds catcher Tyler Stephenson, who signed the baseball after receiving it from Brown.
"It's on everyone's bucket list, some how, some way," Brown told Bally Sports Ohio before the ceremonial first pitch. "To be able to throw out a first pitch out. It's so cool to be able to be out here, especially in a different sport, man, like baseball. These guys, what they do for a living is so different and unique to me. Just kinda how I grew up and I wasn't around the sport much. It's so cool to be able to have the opportunity to do this."

Last week, Brown's Bengals teammate, defensive tackle D.J. Reader, threw the ceremonial first pitch before the Reds' series-opener against the Tampa Bay Rays, and B.J. Hill joined reader on the field at GABP to take photos.
Earlier this month, Brown's former teammate with the Kansas City Chiefs, Travis Kelce, spiked his first pitch before a Seattle-Cleveland game at Progressive Field.
The Reds won the first game Monday of their three-game series against Texas on T.J. Friedl's walk-off single.
