National Donut Day is Friday: Start planning your freebie collection route
Friday is National Doughnut Day, and if you do your research, you’ll be able to drive all over town collecting freebies . . . and keep going until your blood sugar spikes and you need a nap.

Crispy Donuts, 460 N. West St.: One free doughnut
The Donut Whole, 1720 E. Douglas: All day, customers can get a free doughnut with purchase. They can also get $15 pre-boxed doughnuts until 9 a.m.
Dunkin’, several Wichita locations: Free doughnut with purchase of a beverage.
Krispy Kreme, 7777 E. Central: Each customer will get one free doughnut — any doughnut. They can also get $1 glazed dozens when they purchase any dozen.
LaMar’s Donuts, 10051 W. 21st St.: Customer can get a free Ray’s Original Glazed doughnut
Mr. Bs Daylight Donuts, 222 N. Main St., Goddard: One free classic doughnut
Paradise Donuts, 10607 W. Maple and 612 E Douglas: One free traditional doughnut of choice with any purchase. Limit one per order.
Spangles, many Wichita locations: Free six-pack of mini doughnuts with an 18-pack purchase
Sugar Shak Daylight Donut, 2121 N. Tyler: Free glazed doughnut
Not a freebie, but...
Hurts Donut, 7010 W. 21st St.: This shop will donate 10% of its Friday sales to Kansas Honor Flight.
