Heidi Klum: “This was giving me all sorts of really good vibes coming from all of you. It felt really, really good. It was a great song choice. Your harmonizing together was beautiful. I love the way everyone looks every time — you really bring it. You have beautiful outfits and makeup and everything. It just gave me a really good feeling when you were singing.”

Sofia Vergara: “I think we all got goosebumps. That was so beautiful. It’s like a feel-good moment. You guys made me smile. It was like listening to a soundtrack of a movie. It was spectacular. Thank you for being here.”
Simon Cowell: “I think this act is spectacular. Your energy and just the way you perform, it just draws you in. We always say that this stage can make you or break you. Tonight it made you. Thank you once again for that beautiful, beautiful tribute you did before for Nightbirde and her family.”
Howie Mandel: “Whether you’re singing the words and the melody of Nightbird or you’re doing Fleetwood Mac, you always bring your beauty, your culture, your look and your essence to the stage and you make it so unique, so original, so magnetic. I don’t usually love choirs. I love you. That’s my three words for you: I love you.”

Competing against Mzansi Youth Choir during the “Qualifiers 3” round were these 10 contestants: comedian Barry Brewer Jr., aerialist/sword swallower Herwan Legaillard, tap dancer Justin Jackson, musicians MOS, dance group Phil Wright & Parent Jam, violinist Philip Bowen, singer/pianist Putri Ariani, singer Summer Rios, magician Trigg Watson and acrobatic group Warrior Squad.
Remember, only two of these 11 acts will make it through to the grand finale based on America’s overnight votes. Will Mzansi Youth Choir be one of them?
Back in their “AGT” audition, Mzansi Youth Choir performed “It’s OK,” a song first heard on NBC’s competition show when it was performed by former contest Nightbirde, who passed away in 2022. The group explained that they were so touched by her story in Season 16 that it soon became “a pillar of strength” for them as a choir. Following their routine, the studio audience started shouting “Golden Buzzer!” repeatedly and so the judges hit the button, making history in the process.
