You may need a warm coat if you want to see the Philadelphia Phillies open the 2024 season.

Major League Baseball announced the full 2024 regular season schedule Thursday and the Phillies will open the season March 28 against the Atlanta Braves at Citizen Bank Ballpark.

The Phillies play 16 of their first 22 games at home. Game times for the season have not been determined.

Philadelphia Phillies 2024 schedule highlights

  • The Phillies and New York Mets will play in the London Series June 8-9.

  • Cleveland will make its first trip to Citizens Bank Ballpark since 2016 when the Guardians and Phillies play July 26-28.

  • Prepare for some robust booing as the Houston Astros make their first regular season visit since 2017 when they play Aug. 26-28. Just a reminder — not that Phllies fans will need it — the Astros defeated the Phillies in the 2022 World Series.

  • The New York Yankees will travel to Citizens Bank Ballpark on July 29-31.
