Winners and Whiners: Take the Heat to cover in Game 4 vs. Knicks

Dave Kovaleski writes: "This series is over, I believe. The Heat are just the better team right now and they have mostly dominated this series. The one game the Knicks won, it was home in a must-win game and they still barely won. I just don't see the Knicks being able to beat the Heat in Miami. The Knicks will keep it close because they play good defense and because this is another must-win game. But unlike Game 2 at Madison Square Garden, they won't be able to out game 4 at the Kaseya Center in Miami. Take the Heat here giving up the points."

Stat Salt: Go with the Heat to cover vs. Knicks in Game 4

Paul Biagioli writes: "This Heat team may rival the 1998-99 Knicks team as the best 8-seed ever in the playoffs. Miami is undefeated on their home floor this postseason, and have covered every spread as well. Jimmy Butler proved his ankle is healthy after dropping 28 and not showing any signs of favoring it. Butler is one of the few players who consistently plays better in the playoffs than he does in the regular season, and when he is healthy the Knicks have no answer for him. The Heat are 7-1 ATS the spread in these playoffs. Bam Adebayo is an excellent defender who will continue to give Julius Randle fits, Randle only scored 10 in Game 3. Even without Herro, the Heat still have plenty of outside shooters to space the floor and knock down triples. This Heat team is rolling right now, and will not take their foot of the gas in Game 4."

Clutch Points: Bet the Knicks with the points in Game 4 vs. Heat

RB Hayek writes: "It has been an aggressive series between the teams. Thus, expect the brawling and the rough defense to continue. But the Knicks are not nearly as bad as they played in Game 3. Therefore, expect a better effort and look for the Knicks to garner separation as they hit more shots in this game. The winner will emerge over the final minute."

Sportsbook Wire: Heat 112, Knicks 111

It writes: "The 109.5 points per game the Heat score are only 3.6 fewer points than the Knicks allow (113.1). When Miami totals more than 113.1 points, it is 13-11-1 against the spread and 19-6 overall. New York has a 29-2-1 record against the spread and a 30-2 record overall when giving up fewer than 109.5 points. The Knicks put up an average of 116 points per game, 6.2 more points than the 109.8 the Heat allow to opponents."
