Prieskorn, a former walk-on, had a career-high 104 yards on six catches in the Tigers' four-overtime loss at East Carolina in October. He was one of nine semifinalists for the John Mackey Award as the nation's top tight end.
Memphis' offense could return at least eight starters next season. With Prieskorn returning, quarterback Seth Henigan has one of his top targets back in the fold.
