The 6-4, 270-pound senior-to-be is unranked by 247Sports but has offers from Air Force, Kansas, UAB and East Carolina among others.
Three of the Tigers' six commitments are offensive linemen. Memphis has plenty of depth at that position with just five linemen that are juniors or seniors.
Williams is also the third 2023 commitment from Georgia along with safety Johnsley Barbas and lineman Landon Zaldivar.
