Meghan Markle has been spotted driving around Vancouver Island amid the recent royal drama.
Meghan is reportedly laying low and "mostly stays at home."
Wondering what Meghan Markle is up to in Canada while Prince Harry deals with fallout from their bombshell decision to step down as senior royals? According to E! News, the Duchess is back in the mansion that she and Harry were staying at throughout their holiday vacation, and a source reveal she's "laying low" amid all the drama. Fair enough!
Per ~the source~, "She mostly stays home but ventures out around mid-day just to get out."
The Duchess has apparently been exploring Vancouver Island in a Range Rover, which she drives on her own as security follows behind her. As the source explains, "She has gone for a drive around town and to pick up someone at the airport that looked like her mom."
Meanwhile, another source (wow, so many chatty people today!) tells Us Weekly that Meghan was seen “driving herself” around town on Sunday, and running errands over the weekend, including "to a drugstore." In other words she's living a completely chill and normal life with sweet baby Archie away from what's become a pretty toxic drama over in ye olde England.
It's unclear when Prince Harry will return to Canada to join Meghan and Archie, but the Queen has confirmed that she supports them, saying "Harry and Meghan have made clear that they do not want to be reliant on public funds in their new lives. It has therefore been agreed that there will be a period of transition in which the Sussexes will spend time in Canada and the UK. These are complex matters for my family to resolve, and there is some more work to be done, but I have asked for final decisions to be reached in the coming days."
