Festival grounds open again at 1 p.m. Sunday with the annual potato festival parade. At 2 p.m., raffle winners will be announced, followed by Big in Japan's set at 2:30 p.m. Jungle Bob will be performing at the children's tent from 3 to 5 p.m. The grounds close at 6 p.m.
