Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have agreed to plead guilty for their part in the college admissions scandal, and apparently their daughters are absolutely crushed.

“Olivia and Bella were devastated when Lori and Mossimo told them they were pleading guilty,” a source told Us Weekly. “The girls have been spending a lot of time at their parents’ house recently, and they are becoming much more of a tight-knit family.... The girls have been on so many ups and downs that they were happy it was going to be over, but [they] fear for their mom going to jail.”

Yesterday, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced that Lori will plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, while Mossimo will plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, and honest services wire and mail fraud. And yes: it looks like they'll both be going to jail.

Apparently, Lori is expected to spend two months in prison, while her husband is expected to spend five months. Meanwhile, both of their plea deals include hefty fines ($400,000 total!) and community service hours. But a judge still has to sign off on everything, so stay tuned.

Per a press release from United States Attorney Andrew E. Lelling, “Under the plea agreements filed today, these defendants will serve prison terms reflecting their respective roles in a conspiracy to corrupt the college admissions process and which are consistent with prior sentences in this case. We will continue to pursue accountability for undermining the integrity of college admissions."
