Live updates: Eugene, Springfield school delays and closures due to snow
The possibility of snow is forecast for the Willamette Valley until about 10 a.m. Tuesday. Eugene and other Willamette Valley cities got a dusting of snow overnight while the foothills and mountain areas got more.
Here are school delays or closures announced so far:
Bethel School District 52: Two-hour delay.
Blachly School District: Closed.
Creswell School District: Two-hour delay, a.m. buses on snow routes.
Crow-Applegate-Lorane School District: Closed. No before-school program.
Eugene Christian School: Two-hour delay. No a.m. preschool.
Eugene School District 4J: Two-hour delay, a.m. buses on snow routes.
Eugene Montessori School: Two-hour delay. To open at 10 a.m.
Fern Ridge School District: Closed.
Head Start of Lane County: Morning classes canceled. Full day to start at 11 a.m.
Junction City School District: Closed.
Lane Community College: Two-hour delay. Eugene and Cottage Grove locations will open at 10 a.m.
Marcola School District: Two-hour delay.
Marist Catholic High School: One-hour delay. To start at 10 a.m.
McKenzie School District: Closed.
Oak Hill School: Two-hour delay. No preschool. Lower school and middle school to start at 10 a.m.
Oakridge School District: Three-hour delay.
Pleasant Hill School District: Two-hour delay. No preschool, a.m. buses on snow routes
South Lane School District: Two-hour delay.
Springfield School District: Two-hour delay.
St. Paul Parish School - Eugene: Two-hour delay. No half-day preschool or preK.
Twin Rivers Charter School: Closed.
Willamette Leadership Academy: Two-hour delay. No a.m. preschool, a.m. buses on snow routes.
