Kourtney Kardashian’s kids: What to know about her 4 children
Kourtney Kardashian Barker is a mom to four children and several stepchildren, ranging from a 1-year-old to young adults.
The reality TV star shares three children with her former partner Scott Disick — Mason, 15, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 10. In November 2023, she welcomed her first child with musician Travis Barker, son Rocky.
The Blink-182 drummer has two older children — a son, Landon Barker, 21, and a daughter, Alabama Barker, 19 — with ex-wife Shanna Moakler. He's also been a father figure to Moakler's oldest child, daughter Atiana De La Hoya, 25, whom she welcomed with ex Oscar De La Hoya.
Kardashian Barker isn't shy when it comes to being a proud mama. She often shares memorable moments with their blended families on Instagram, posting sweet photos and videos featuring her children and stepchildren.

Mason Dash Disick, 15
On Dec. 14, 2009, Kardashian Barker welcomed her firstborn son, Mason, with her then-boyfriend, Disick.
When he was born, Kardashian Barker says she started to lead a healthier lifestyle.
“When I had Mason is when I really started my wellness journey,” she told WSJ. Magazine in September 2022. “He’s very smart. He’ll tell me, ‘A person was bad because they let me have Cheetos.’”
Mason has also taken a big brother role when it comes to looking after his cousin North West, Kim Kardashian's oldest child.
In December 2021, he made his views heard when he saw North going live on TikTok, seemingly without permission from an adult.
“I don’t want to disrespect North but I don’t think she should do the lives unless someone is with her because people are always screen recording and she might tell information that isn’t correct and stuff like that, that she will regret,” Mason wrote in a text message to Kim Kardashian that she shared with her followers. “I did the exact same thing as she did. I would do the lives and now I regret saying one of the things that I said. Just in case for safety.”
In response, Kim Kardashian praised Mason for his thoughtfulness and smart thinking.
“I appreciate you looking out Mason and I agree,” she replied. “She felt bad and I don’t think she will do it again but it could be good if you talk to her about it.”
In May 2024, Mason joined Instagram for the first time. For his first post, the 15-year-old shared two photos of himself posing on a porch.
In the comments, Kardashian Barker wrote, “I can’t believe this is happening.”
Kim Kardashian also seemed to be in shock, and wrote, “You’re really on Instagram,” with the smiling teary-eyed emoji.
Penelope Scotland Disick, 12
On July 8, 2012, Disick and Kardashian Barker welcomed their second child, Penelope.
During an October 2022 appearance on Amanda Hirsch’s “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast, Kardashian Barker said that Penelope is her one child she does "not worry about.”
“She’s slept with me every day since she was born,” the Poosh founder said. “And pretty much still does, unless she has a friend sleep over.”
But other than her sleeping habits, Kardashian Barker said that Penelope is “a mini-me to her core.”
“We’ve spent so much time together and spend so much time together and I just, I don’t worry about her,” she said. “We are so close.”
On July 8, Kardashian Barker celebrated her daughter's 12th birthday online and shared a silly video she uploaded in 2023 to her Instagram story. The clip shows baby Penelope wearing her high-heel “dinner shoes” and referring to herself as “Kiki Kendall.”
Kardashian Barker posted the video again with the caption, “And like that, she’s 12.”
Reign Aston Disick, 10
On Dec. 14, 2014, Kardashian Barker and Disick welcomed their third child, Reign. Coincidentally, their little guy was born on the same day that his older brother arrived in 2009.
After giving birth, Kardashian Barker shared a photo of baby Reign holding her hand.
She captioned it, “Madly in love with my little Reign Aston Disick.”
Rocky Barker, 1
Kardashian Barker and her husband welcomed their first child together, son Rocky, in November 2023, according to NBC News sources close to Kardashian Barker.
She famously announced her pregnancy in June 2023 when she attended Barker’s Blink-182 concert and held up a sign in the crowd that read, “Travis I’m pregnant.”
On Dec. 22, 2023, the couple shared sweet photos holding and kissing their newborn on Instagram. The post included snaps of Barker holding Rocky while Kardashian Barker rested on his lap. Another showed the dad giving his son a kiss on the head.
Kardashian Barker breastfed Rocky in other pictures and there were also close-ups of the little one's feet.
“ROCKY,” Kardashian Barker captioned the post with a black heart emoji.
In September 2023, months before Kardashian Barker gave birth, Rocky underwent “urgent fetal surgery,” which she detailed on Season 5, Episode 5, of “The Kardashians.”
“Baby Rocky had to have fetal surgery for fluid in his lung, and it’s super rare, the condition that he had, but it’s also super rare and lucky that we caught it,” she said in a video she took of herself after the procedure was completed. “Thank you, God, for a successful surgery. I’m honestly just so grateful. I have no words.”
In the episode, she explained that she had a “high-risk doctor” come to her house to do “a scan” of her baby, which prompted him to discover something wrong with her pregnancy.
“He wanted me to see a couple of specialists,” she explained. “And I had to go in for fetal surgery, where they do surgery on the baby, which was terrifying.”
Kardashian Baker later added, “It’s just a super rare thing that happened. But then, after this happened, I was like, God’s got this. We’re good. This is a miracle and we’re just going to be super positive.”
The couple played Frank Sinatra when Rocky was born.
“Right when Travis started playing music, I think he felt that he was going to have these rock vibes and then right when he went to select the music, he went for some Frank Sinatra,” Kardashian Barker said on the show. “And we listened only to Frank Sinatra during the birth.”
Rocky arrived when the song “That’s Life” was playing.
“The song just came up in the playlist and we were like, ‘What a perfect song,’” she said.
