Kirk Cousins clobbered after throwing 99-yard pick six to Panthers’ Sam Franklin Jr.
The Minnesota Vikings’ Kirk Cousins threw an interception as he was trying to get his team into the end zone against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.
Sam Franklin Jr. jumped the route, made the pick, and was off on a 99-yard touchdown return.
Give Cousins credit as he tried to get in position to tackle Franklin.
However, one of the Panther DB’s teammates had other ideas and absolutely walloped Cousins to make sure his teammate got into the end zone.
Sam Franklin from the one-yard line. 99-yard Pick-6 for Carolina!

That’s a FOURTH goal-line turnover for the Vikings, one for each of their 4 games. Incredible. The touchdown to Jefferson is wiped out by hold on Josh Oliver, and then Kirk Cousins throws the pick 6.
Throw looked late and inside.
Panthers 7, Vikings 0. 10:27 Q1.
