Kevin Durant, Devin Booker say they will play for Team USA in the 2024 Olympics in Paris

Kevin Durant made it official and Devin Booker is down for it, too.

Durant let it be known at Phoenix Suns media day Monday he'll play for Team USA in the 2024 Olympics in Paris.

"I will play in the Olympics next year," said Durant, who has won three Olympic gold medals.

Booker was also asked if he would play for Team USA in next year's Olympics.

His answer?

"I'll do it," Booker said.

After Team USA didn't medal in this summer's World Cup, LeBron James reportedly reached out to elite NBA players about playing in the 2024 Olympics. Durant was one of those names reported,

Booker and Durant were on the 2020 squad that won gold in the 2021 Olympics in Tokyo.

Their new Suns teammate, Bradley Beal, was supposed to be on that Team USA, but was put in COVID health and safety protocols. When asked Monday if he'd represent his country in 2024, Beal said he'd play, too.
