Kentucky women's basketball schedule: What we know about the 2022-23 season
Kentucky women's basketball's 2022-23 schedule is out and filled with some big matchups.
Twenty-five games this season will be broadcast on the SEC Network, with a showdown Dec. 11 with Louisville taking the stage on ESPN.
The Wildcats open conference play Dec. 29 at Missouri.
Kentucky will host LSU (Jan. 8) and Louisville in Rupp Arena this season.
The Wildcats will play Missouri and Georgia twice this season, with two games coming against top-ranked South Carolina Jan. 12 and Feb. 2.
The Wildcats finished the 2021-22 season 19–12 (8–8 SEC) to finish seventh in the conference. They won the SEC Tournament against No. 1 South Carolina in the title game 62-64.
UK fell to Princeton 62-69 in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Star Rhyne Howard was then drafted No. 1 overall in the WNBA draft and was recently named Rookie of the Year.
