The Iowa Hawkeyes women’s basketball team has taken Iowa fans, the state of Iowa, the sport of women’s basketball, and America by storm. Must-watch television with Caitlin Clark leading the way, the Hawkeyes have now solidified that Carver-Hawkeye Arena will be the epicenter of women’s basketball this year.
Coming off a 2022-23 season that saw the Hawkeyes advance to the Final Four and national championship game, the hype and excitement for this upcoming season are reaching heights that are unheard of. Those heights include the recent news that all season tickets for the 2023-24 season have officially sold out.

Last year saw the Hawkeyes post an overall record of 31-7 (15-3 Big Ten) en route to a Big Ten Tournament championship. Following that, Iowa put on a show for the ages in the NCAA Tournament. Buoyed by Caitlin Clark’s constant production leading to double-doubles and triple-doubles, Iowa advanced to the title game.
The anticipation among fans for what the ladies can do this season is among some of the best in the nation. Fans of the women’s team are second to none and are going to be showing up the entire year.
Breaking records, this news comes right on the heels of the announcement that the women will be playing in the “Crossover at Kinnick” when they take on DePaul in an exhibition game inside Kinnick Stadium.
Between that game likely breaking an attendance record and season tickets sold out, Carver-Hawkeye Arena is going to be rocking this season.
An offer for Hawkeyes fans
