Illinois cornerback Jartavius "Quan" Martin has been an exceptional athlete since his high school football days at Lehigh Senior High.
The 5-foot-11, 194-pound prospect showed that again Friday at the NFL Combine and he reached 44'' on the vertical leap. For perspective, that lanes him in the Top 10 all-time for the combine test.

Martin participated in the "Underwear Olympics" as the NFL Combine is known for its measurements and tests of athletes. He set the Illinois combine record in the vertical jump and posted the 8th-best 40-yard dash time in Illinois' history at the combine. Martin was invited and participated in this year's Senior Bowl. He played on the National Team, which beat the American Team 27-10, in the game played in Mobile, Alabama on Feb. 4.
