IHSA girls wrestling state finals 2023: How Peoria-area athletes fared

The second Illinois High School Association hosted its second girls wrestling state finals on Feb. 24-25 at Grossinger Motors Arena in Bloomington. Over the course of the single-class, two-day event, 20 Peoria-area wrestlers competed to be crowned a state champion on Saturday night.

Here's a look at each Peoria-area wrestler's matches, including the three who wrestled in championship matches and the three who wrestled for fifth place.
