HIGH SCHOOL ROUNDUP: South Shore MIAA state semifinal scores and highlights

Heading into Tuesday, there were 10 South Shore high school teams remaining in the MIAA state tournaments (not counting the seven football teams set to play on Friday and Saturday).

In total, there are five girls soccer teams, four boys soccer teams and one field hockey team still alive.

The Oliver Ames High boys and girls soccer are both still standing, and they're trying to repeat what Norwell accomplished last fall by winning titles in both sports. The OA boys will play No. 12 Plymouth North in the only double local battle on Wednesday.

The Weymouth boys soccer team is on a thrilling underdog run as a No. 12 seed following a pair of overtime winners. No. 10 Randolph is trying to orchestrate a third consecutive upset in Div. 4.

The Silver Lake, Hingham and Cohasset girls soccer teams have unfinished business after losing in last year's state final.

Cohasset is the lone field hockey team left standing.
