HIGH SCHOOL ROUNDUP: Cardinal Spellman baseball walks it off vs. Archbishop Williams
Michael Boutiette delivered the walk-off hit Thursday as the Cardinal Spellman High baseball team edged visiting Archbishop Williams, 3-2, in 10 innings.
Ben Sepeck was 2-for-3 with a home run for the Cardinals (3-8), and freshman pitchers Jason Cunningham, Tyler Alsen and John Petruzzo starred on the mound.

Williams dropped to 5-5 (2-2 in the Catholic Central League).

BASEBALL
Bridgewater-Raynham 15, BC High 2: Winning pitcher Luke Barry allowed 2 earned runs over 6 innings with 7 strikeouts for the visiting Trojans (11-2).
Marshfield 6, Quincy 0: Junior left-hander Caleb Taylor threw a 1-hitter with 9 strikeouts and 3 walks for the host Rams (6-3). Senior center fielder Jack Croft was 2-for-3 with 2 runs scored and 3 stolen bases. Sophomore second baseman Jack Doherty was 1-for-3 with 2 RBIs. Junior right fielder Wes Staffier was 2-for-3 with 2 runs scored and an RBI.

East Bridgewater 11, Rockland 1: Catcher Joey Foley drove in a pair of runs for the visiting Vikings. Ryan Hunter and Jake Powers (2 hits, 2 runs, RBI), Ryan Hunter (2 hits, run, RBI) and Sean Kenn (2 hits, run) also starred for the EB, and Ray McNaught allowed 3 hits and a run over 5⅓ innings with 6 strikeouts.
Hull 4, Holbrook 1: Winning pitcher John Reynolds allowed a run over 6⅔ innings with 8 strikeouts for the visiting Pirates (1-8). Matt Mahoney was 2-for-3 with 2 RBIs. Max McEachern got the final out via strikeout.

Mashpee 3, Abington 2: The Green Wave lost on the road in South Shore League action. Steve Madden doubled home A.J. Nash and later scored on a passed ball to give Abington a 2-0 lead in the second inning.
Mansfield 4, Canton 3: The Bulldogs dropped a Hockomock League game at home.
Norwell 9, Carver 8: The Clippers (6-3) won on the road in South Shore League action.
Middleboro 6, Cohasset 1: The Sachems (6-5) won a South Shore League road game.
Foxboro 8, Oliver Ames 1: The Tigers (6-7) lost on the road.
SOFTBALL
East Bridgewater 6, Rockland 0: Maggie Schlossberg threw a no-hitter with 17 strikeouts for the Vikings (7-2). Zoe Kelly (2 hits, run, 2 RBIs), Sarah Silvia (2 hits, RBI) and Schlossberg (home run, 2 runs, 2 RBIs) powered the Vikings’ offense.
Abington 30, Mashpee 1: Ava DiPietro threw a no-hitter with 7 strikeouts for the host Green Wave (7-3), who got big offensive days from Jess Blyth (3-for-4, grand slam, 5 RBIs), Kasie Bailey (3-for-3, 3-run home run, 5 RBIs) and Elsie Testa (3-for-3, 4 RBIs).

Hanover 10, North Quincy 8: Junior Kaelyn Chase earned the complete-game win and was 3-for-3 with a pair of doubles and scored 3 runs for the visiting Hawks (6-3, 5-2 Patriot League). Sophomore catcher Abby Hanna hit a 3-run homer and finished with 4 RBIs, and junior Kate Baldinelli had 2 hits, including a double.
Archbishop Williams 10, Notre Dame Academy 4: Freshman Jill Ondrick stuck out 15 with a pair of walks and was 2-for-3 with a 3-run home run for the host Bishops.
Cardinal Spellman 15, Ursuline Academy 4: Roslyn Quin (4-for-4, 3 doubles, 2 RBIs), Taylor Dolan (3-for-4, home run, 2 RBIs) and Avery Barnes (5-hitter, 11 strikeouts) starred for the Cardinals (8-4).

Mansfield 9, Canton 8: Jess Wright, Abby Stock, Olivia Mackwell, Shealyn Murphy and Chloe Guerschuny had multiple hits for the Bulldogs in the loss.
Norwell 10, Carver 3: The Clippers won at home in South Shore League action. Maddie Butler and Ali Thomas each went 3-for-4 for Carver.
Old Colony 17, South Shore Tech 5: Mia Bradshaw and Rose Earner each went 2-for-3 in the loss.
BOYS LACROSSE
BC High 14, St. John’s Prep 9: Visiting BC High (9-2) handed Prep (11-1) its first loss of the season.
Oliver Ames 13, Boston Latin 8: Ben Reardon scored 5 goals, Ryan Jaco and Shaun Teehan each had a hat trick, and Alex McAndrew scored twice for OA. Noah Islieb made 12 saves.

Scituate 19, Plymouth North 3: Owen Hofford (4 goals, 5 assists) and James Sullivan (4 goals, assist) led the Sailors (7-4) to a Patriot League road win.
King Philip 9, Bridgewater-Raynham 4: Jayson Kelleher had a hat trick, and Dawson DuBose added a goal for B-R (6-5) in the home loss.

Milton 16, Newton North 7: Ian Wick scored 8 goals for the Wildcats in the home win.
Duxbury 16, Pembroke 5: The Dragons won at home.

Silver Lake 18, Quincy/North Quincy 6: The Lakers won a Patriot League game.
Plymouth South 9, Hanover 3: The Panthers won a Patriot League game at home over the Hawks (4-8).
GIRLS LACROSSE
Weymouth 18, Framingham 9: Megan Doyle had 7 points and 9 draw controls, and Cameron Flaherty had 4 points, including No. 100 for her career, for the Wildcats in the home win. Mira Flaherty had 6 points and 5 draw controls, and Sammy Holmes, Kira Keenan, and Kendall Rogers all finished with 2 points. Anya Younie made 12 saves.
Hull 18, Saint Joseph Prep 3: Sophomore Elly Thomas recorded her 100th career point for the Pirates (10-0) in the non-league home win.

Silver Lake 11, North Quincy 5: Sofia Caliento (5 goals) and Cloe Geraigery (hat trick) led the Lakers to a Patriot League road win. Autumn O’Campos had a hat trick for NQ.
Cape Cod Academy 16, Abington 1: Mary Klein scored the lone goal for the host Green Wave, assisted by Rebecca Rix. Abington goalie Brielle DeJesus made 8 saves.
Ursuline Academy 17, Cardinal Spellman 13: Elle Murphy (8 goals, assist) and Marina Duffy (5 goals, assist) played well for the Cardinals in the road loss.
Hingham 15, Marshfield 1: The Harborwomen won on the road in Patriot League action.
GIRLS TENNIS
Bridgewater-Raynham 3, Dartmouth 2: The Trojans won a three-hour marathon to move into a tie with Dartmouth atop the Southeast Conference standings. Senior Marlena Colwell teamed with freshman Lily Cooley to defeat Julia Caron and Adeline Ablett, 6-4, 4-6, 7-5, in the deciding match at first doubles. Nicole Kimball remained undefeated in league play by winning her singles match, and Annaliese Colwell with Eily Mitchell won second doubles, 7-5, 1-6, 6-3.
BOYS TENNIS
Hingham 5, Norwell 0: Travis Rugg, Teddy Reilly and Jake Thompson won in singles for the host Harbormen (8-1), who also swept the doubles with the teams of Nick Dubois/Ben LaRhette and Ryan Chang/Evan Lynch.
GIRLS GOLF
Quincy/North Quincy 4, Weymouth 3: Q/NQ won on a tiebreaker as Adalee Crowley prevailed in the No. 7 spot.
Brookline 4, Braintree 3: The Wamps lost a close match at Braintree Municipal Golf Course.
BOYS VOLLEYBALL
Needham 3, Braintree 0: The Wamps (5-6) lost at home.
