'Here's to forever': Iowa State star, 49ers QB Brock Purdy is now engaged to Jenna Brandt
Brock Purdy, Iowa State alumni and current San Francisco 49ers quarterback is engaged to girlfriend Jenna Brandt.
"My Jenna girl forever," Purdy said in an Instagram post shared on Sunday. "I can't wait to be your husband and grow together in Christ. Here's to forever babe. I love you JB."
Nicknamed Mr. Irrelevant, Purdy played college football at Iowa State and was selected by the 49ers as the final pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. The former Iowa State star edged out veteran quarterback Nate Sudfeld for the final quarterback spot.

Purdy became an unexpected star as he rose to starting quarterback for the 49ers. He won his first seven starts before losing to Philadelphia in the conference title game. He tore the ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow during that game and just returned to offseason workouts with the team at the end of May.
