Heavy Rain Lashes Dallas as Severe Storms Move Through
Heavy rain and strong winds whipped parts of north Texas on Tuesday, December 13, as severe storms moved through the region, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.
Footage captured by Andrew Juarez shows rain lashing down outside a fitness center in Dallas on Tuesday morning.
