Hartford Independent Fair gearing up for 165th event Aug. 6-12 in Licking County
The Hartford Independent Fair will be held Aug. 6-12 in Licking County. Referred to as the biggest little fair in the world, this will be the fair's 165th year. Every day is seemingly packed with things to do with the family.
The event will run from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. each night. Excluding Monday night, each night will conclude with live music starting at 7:30 p.m. and ending around 10 p.m. The fair will have lots of options for food and entertainment such as seeing livestock.

OSTPA Truck and Tractor Pull, sponsored by Trillium Farms, with fireworks show afterwards: 6 p.m. Sunday
Demolition Derby: 7:30 p.m. Monday
Auto Cross: 7:30 p.m. Tuesday
Monster Trucks: 7:30 p.m. Wednesday
Motorcross: 7:30 p.m. Thursday
Rough Truck: 7:30 p.m. Friday
Midwest Championship Horse Pull and Rode: 7 p.m. Saturday

Tickets for the fair range in price; for admission there are various options:
Daily admission ticket: $9
2-person pass: $18
3-person pass: $27
4-person pass: $36
How much does it cost to camp?
Electric lots: $300
Non-electric lots: $250
Concession camping: $250
