Now that gyms and fitness studios are closed, I’ve never wanted to work out more in my life. To be honest, working from home and social distancing is kinda my dream (hi, introvert speaking), but the lack of movement is getting to me. There are only so many walks I can go on, ya know?
For all of us social distancing at the moment (which should be LITERALLY ALL OF US), I'm happy to report that there have never ever been more options for free at-home workouts than right now (at least, I'm pretty sure).
So if you're out here on the internet like, "Where can I exercise for free?" The answer is: your own home. Clothing brands, apps, and trainers are all offering workouts for free on various digital platforms.
Another fun fact for my friends scheming to get a free gym membership: NOW IS YOUR TIME, PPL. Gyms like Gold's and Planet Fitness are giving you full access to a range of their at-home workouts and tools that would normally only be available to paying members. Praise be.
Take advantage of all the free workout goodness with one or all of these 30 options. THIRTY OPTIONS. Enough talking...
