VERMONTVILLE -- Emma Smieska broke two school records, scoring 50 points on 19 made field goals to help push the Blackhawks to a GLAC win over Maple Valley (1-16, 0-11). Leslie (17-2, 11-1) clinched at least a share of the GLAC title for the fourth time in school history with the victory.

LANSING CHRISTIAN 36, LAKEWOOD 32

Audra Usiak hit a shot at the end of regulation to force overtime as the Pilgrims were able to outlast Lakewood for the home GLAC victory. Mia Judd scored a team-high nine points and Lydia Brogan and Grace Sullivan each chipped in seven points for Lansing Christian (9-7, 5-6). Maradith O’Gorman and Cadence Poll each tallied a team-high 10 points for the Vikings (4-13, 3-7).

EATON RAPIDS 62, CHARLOTTE 51

EATON RAPIDS -- Adi Sysum notched a double-double with 26 points, 13 rebounds and four assists to lead the Greyhounds to a CAAC White win over Charlotte. Trinity Tupp finished with 15 points, seven assists and five rebounds, Abbi Thompson scored 10 points and Sofia Kingsley added on nine points for Eaton Rapids (8-9, 5-4). Kennedy Gilding tallied a team-high 20 points and Jaelyn Baker chipped in 10 points for the Orioles (9-8, 1-8). JV score: Eaton Rapids 25, Charlotte 22

GRAND LEDGE 57, IONIA 39

IONIA -- Jessa Swinehart scored a team-high 13 points and grabbed four rebounds for the Bulldogs in a nonleague loss to Grand Ledge (8-9). Josie Phelps picked up nine points, Aubree White had seven points and Melayna Braman notched six points and six rebounds for Ionia (10-7).

OVID-ELSIE 67, MT. MORRIS 22

ELSIE -- Evalyn Cole led all scorers with 17 points to help lead the Division 2 No. 10-ranked Marauders to a MMAC victory over Mt. Morris (2-15, 0-12). Ava Bates tallied 10 points and hauled in six rebounds, Caitlyn Walter and Hailee Campbell each scored nine points and Braeden Tokar tacked on eight points for Ovid-Elsie (17-0, 13-0).

STOCKBRIDGE 52, OLIVET 41

STOCKBRIDGE -- The Panthers (14-5, 10-1) were able to secure a home win to stay tied atop the GLAC with the victory over Olivet. Payton Otto finished with a career-best 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds and Olivea Gessner added 12 points and three rebounds for the Eagles (11-6, 7-3).

LAINSGBURG 41, SARANAC 32

SARANAC -- Ellie Baynes scored a team-high 15 points for the Wolfpack in a road CMAC win over Saranac. Julia Starr chipped in nine points for Laingsburg (7-11, 5-9). Paigelyn Guernsey led all scorers with 22 points for Saranac (7-11, 4-10).

CORUNNA 66, ORTONVILLE BRANDON 50

CORUNNA -- Ellie Toney led all scorers with 35 points and hauled in seven rebounds to lead the Cavaliers to a Flint Metro League win over Ortonville Brandon (5-12, 1-8). Sydnie Gillett scored 20 points and Kira Patrick added five points and added three steals for Corunna (11-6, 5-3).
